We are sad to announce that we have now suspended all face-to-face activities.  

If you would like to take part in any of our online activities, please contact us at  info@mindspacestamford.com, and state the activity you wish to join to receive the link.
Some activities have a limited number of spaces, so we advise that you book early.

Art project

Mondays

10:00 am

Kate will share an art project to support positive mental health for you to try at home.

The project will be shared through our Facebook, Instagram and YouTube pages.

Nutrition on a budget with Hannah

Tuesdays

10:30 am

A Zoom session with nutritionist Hannah Rushton. 

Hannah will be on hand to help you find new dishes to enjoy on a budget.

Week 1 – Focus on snacks.

The session will be held via Zoom starting on 11th May, and running every other week.

Floral art with Fiona

Tuesdays 

10:30 am

A Zoom session with artist Fiona Cumberpatch.

Fiona will work with you to create a piece of floral art using coloured paper.

The session will be held via Zoom on 18th May.

Online workout with Graham

Tuesdays

6:00 pm

Graham Cook will guide you through a bodyweight workout aimed at all abilities.

The session will be held via Zoom every Tuesday evening.

Young adults' games night

Tuesdays 

7:00 pm

If you are aged 18 – 25, come and join our NEW young adults' games night.

The session will be held via Zoom every Tuesday evening.

Yoga with Caroline

Wednesdays

10:45 am

Caroline will guide you through a calm Yoga session.

Suitable for all abilities.

The session will be held via Zoom every Wednesday morning.

Mindful Living with Barbara

Wednesdays

2:00 pm

Barbara Meeds will guide you on how to live mindfully. 

The session will be held via Zoom every Wednesday afternoon

Bodyweight workout with Marc

Thursdays

11:00 am

A bodyweight workout for all abilities led by Impact Boxing and Fitness coach, Marc Stanier.

The session will be held via Zoom every Thursday morning.

Online tea and chat

Thursdays

12:00 pm

Catch up with each other every Thursday for a virtual tea-and-chat session.

Held via Zoom every Thursday.

Art with Karen

Fridays

11:30 am

Learn the basics of drawing with Karen Neale. Karen will guide you through various drawing techniques aimed at all skill levels.

You will need a pencil, pen and some paper.

The session will be held via Zoom every Friday morning.

Yoga with Caroline

Fridays

6:30 pm

Unwind at the end of the week with a yoga session led by Caroline.

Suitable for all abilities.

The session will be held via Zoom every Friday night.
