We have taken the decision not to open on Broad Street as we would have to limit numbers. We are regularly reviewing this position in line with Government guidelines. Any updates will be posted here and on our social media channels.

If you would like to take part in any of our online activities, please contact us at  info@mindspacestamford.com, and state the activity you wish to join to receive the link.
Some activities have a limited number of spaces, so we advise that you book early.

Yoga with Caroline

Unwind at the end of the week with a yoga session led by Caroline.

Suitable for all abilities.

Movement for Wellbeing

Movement therapist Rebecca Fisher leads this beautiful class, blending mindful movement with meditation and a healthy dose of silliness. All you need is yourself and a chair. No experience necessary.

Men's Group

A safe space to connect with other men to chat about life. No pressure to talk, just come along and simply be.

Floral art with Fiona

A Zoom session with artist Fiona Cumberpatch.

Fiona will work with you to create a piece of floral art.

The session will be held via Zoom starting on 19th May, and running every other week.

Nutrition on a budget with Hannah

A Zoom session with nutritionist Hannah Rushton. 

Hannah will be on hand to help you find new dishes to enjoy on a budget.

The session will be held via Zoom starting on 12th May, and running every other week.

Online workout with Graham

Young adults' games night

Art for mental wellbeing

Kate will share an art project to support positive mental health for you to try at home.

The project will be shared through our Facebook, Instagram and YouTube pages.

Art with Karen

Friday

11:30 am

Learn the basics of drawing with Karen Neale. Karen will guide you through various drawing techniques aimed at all skill levels.

You will need a pencil, pen and some paper.

The session will be held via Zoom every Friday morning.

Shared Reading

Friday

2:00 pm

Brings books, poems and plays to life through reading aloud and group discussion. You’ll get a warm welcome from your local Reader Leader, something specially chosen to read – or listen to – and stimulating conversation.

Bodyweight workout with Marc

Thursday

3:00 pm

A bodyweight workout for all abilities led by Impact Boxing and Fitness coach, Marc Stanier.

The session will be held via Zoom every Thursday morning.
